(This is NOT a meeting of the parish council, but a forum in which the village’s electors come together themselves and set the agenda). There are usually reviews of the past year given by the various representatives, which must be followed by an open forum to question them. All village community organisations are also invited to ‘display their wares’ at this event.
It must be held in either March, April or May.

The ‘Annual Meeting of All Parishioners of Draycott-le-Moors’ takes place at St Margaret’s Church, usually followed by the AGM of the Draycott Parochial Church Council (PCC). Although it is to discuss church matters only, any resident of Draycott whose name is on the electoral register is entitled to attend (tho they are not entitled to stand for any posts unless they are church members). There are elections for churchwarden posts and for membership of the PCC.
